I found these ‘Violent Lips’ online, and thought it looked fun and worth trying. They are temporarily lips tattoos that stays on between 4-8 hours and they come in all types of patterns. I thought leopard or chess would be a bit too extreme, so I got one pink and one red glitter – perfect for a special night out!
And this is how it looks on, though it’s much more glittery and shiny in real life…!
Jeans – Never Denim Jeans – Cardigan – COS – Fur Jacket – Vintage – Necklace – Goldmine –Boots – Bianco – Headband – Camden market – Bag – Mulberry
Since people (including me) find it impossible to wait six months between fashion shows to see what’s next, we have the ‘resort’ or ‘cruise’ collections, and the ‘pre-fall’ collections…I’ve looked through most of the pre-fall collections that recently came out, and as usual I find myself picking out specific looks from different designers, instead of worshipping a whole collection where I actually might just like half of it. Soooo here’s my favorite looks from Pre-fall 2012:
Karl Lagerfeld’s India-inspired collection for Chanel is my absolute favorite one! Love how he has managed to mix the Bombay-style with Parisian chic, and all those amazing colors, fabrics and jewels!

I really am the biggest fan of statement necklaces, and thought I would share with you this brand who has so many incredible pieces! It’s called Mawi, and we went to their flagship store in east London this weekend to check it out. Here are some pics…
Some of my favorites…

So I made a new collar with metal studs and iron-on gems today. It’s really easy and doesn’t take much time. What you need is:
– A plain shirt
– Decorative studs
– Iron-on gems
– An iron
– Some kitchen towels
First you should decide where you want the gems, then carefully place them on the collar and cover it with a kitchen towel. Set your iron on medium heat and keep it on the towel for 5-10 seconds. Check if the gems are glued properly and continue with attaching the studs (use a pen to bend the tips).
Nina, wearing fringe leather jacket from TopShop, Vintage Levi’s studded shorts, fur scarf from Zara, boots from Ash, Gucci bag and sunglasses from Bottega Veneta.
Me wearing Never Denim jeans, leather jacket from Warehouse, scarf from TopShop, mint sweater from Gina Tricot, shoes from Hogan, sunglasses from Persol, bag from Urban Outfitters and Michael Kors watch.
Trying on a fox fur jacket in one of the many vintage shops in Brick Lane…

Braided bracelets are always fun, especially when combining different colors and techniques.

When looking into my closet, it suddenly occurred to me that I obviously have a thing for colorful sweaters at the moment….It must be the sunny weather here in London that makes these color cravings. Here are just some of them…I even got a bright blue angora sweater today – just to add yet another color to the bunch!
Billie Archilleos has created luxury toy animals entirely out of Louis Vuitton products. The collection is called ‘Maroquinaris Zoologicae.’ If you look closely, you can see the British artist’s attention to details an resourcefulness, with belt buckles or small clips as paws etc. So cute!

As I said earlier I’m obsessed with mint, so I had to get some mint pieces into my closet. New in are these two mint sweaters from Acne and Gina Tricot, and t-shirt from TopShop. The Acne sweater has a cropped length and goes perfect with high-waisted jeans or shorts, and the lighter one from Gina is longer and oversized.
The t-shirt is also cropped, and quite short – I’m planning to wear it with a black leather skirt or with my high-waisted jeans…

The Louis Vuitton ad campaign for spring 2012 is making me crave pastels and sugary sweets. I’m in love and really looking forward to add these spring colors to my wardrobe.

Still loving collars, so I decided to make my own.
I bought a white shirt at H&M and some studs at a local beading shop. It’s so easy, and I’m loving it already. Can’t wait to wear it underneath a black sweater to make the perfect outfit!
